1. What does the oil smell like?
Our oil is formulated with 100% natural fragrance which comes from the oils used. The predominant smell is a minty peppermint which has a soothing stimulating effect when applied.
2. How long does a bottle last?
Depending on usage our 50ml lasts 2-3 months. The BBE (Best Before Expiry) date is handwritten on each thank you note as each bottle is hand-poured fresh to order.
3. Is it safe for people with nut allergies?
As the oil contains Sweet Almond Oil we do not recommend those with nut allergies/ sensitivity to use it.
4. Can I use the oil on my eyelashes/brows?
We do not recommend using the oil on your eyelashes/brows as it these areas can be more sensitive than others!
5. Are your products cruelty free?
All our products are tried and tested on ourselves and family members! We are strongly against animal cruelty.
6. Can I recycle the packaging?
Yes! All our packaging materials are ethically sourced and are either biodegradable. recyclable or compostable. Our glass bottles are also recyclable.
7. Can I use this on my children?
Yes, our oil can be used on children however we do recommend a patch test beforehand and user discretion is advised.
8. Is the oil unisex?
Yes! The oil is 100% unisex and can be used on your beard too! We recommend 1-2 drops on the fingertips and massaged into the roots.
ORDER RELATED
1. Where is my order?
BAÀL is ran by a single person and is a small business. We usually dispatch orders within a few days and you will receive a email notifying you of this. Please check our Shipping page for estimated arrival dates.
2. Can I change or cancel my order?
All sales are final. However if you have any issues please contact us using the form on the 'Contact Us' page. You have 1 hour to request cancellation after ordering. Once your item has been marked as dispatched, amendments CANNOT be made.
3. Do you offer discount codes?
All our discount codes will be displayed on social media platforms and website, if and when active. If your code does not work please contact us.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. We do not accept American Express.
5. I've entered my address wrong, what shall I do?
Please contact us immediately via email with the order number and correct address so we can amend this for you before dispatching. If the item has been dispatched and we have not been notified of the incorrect address beforehand BAÀL does not hold any responsibility for the mistake, and the item will be dispatched as usual.
